The GLP-1 weight loss program is provided in 4-week cycles. Each cycle includes your medication, clinical oversight, and support.

All prescriptions are shipped and filled from an accredited US pharmacy.

Shipments include: a vial prescribed by you, 4 empty syringes and 4 alcohol swabs for 4-week medications, a GLP-1 patient guide on injection procedures, and ice packs for temperature control. Your medication should arrive 5-7 days from the time your prescription is written.

Shipping confirmation and tracking will be provided. Please keep up to date on your package's tracking so you can refrigerate the medication upon arrival.

At Altura Health, we are committed to providing timely, high-quality care and ensuring an efficient experience for all patients. To help us do so, we’ve established the following cancellation and refund policy:

Cancellations:

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

  • If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, or if you fail to attend your appointment, a 50% fee will be charged based on the original appointment cost.

Refunds:

  • Consultation fees are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

  • Medication purchases are final and cannot be refunded once the prescription has been processed and shipped.

  • If a provider determines you are not medically eligible for treatment following your consult, you may be eligible for a partial refund, less a processing and consult fee.

We understand that life happens, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while also respecting our providers’ time and other patients’ access to care.

We do not accept insurance, HSA or FSA cards at this time. However, you can save any receipts and always try to submit for reimbursement.

Yes! Our platform automatically sends SMS and email notifications for appointment confirmations and reminders to help you stay on track with your care.

  • Month 1: You’ll complete a synchronous (live video) consult, which is valid for 3 months.

  • Months 2 & 3: These include asynchronous consults, where you complete a reassessment form. Your provider reviews it and either approves continuation or flags the need for another video consult.

  • If a video consult is required in place of the async reassessment, the charge will be a different. 

*All pricing listed reflects starter dosing for GLP-1 medications. Depending on your individual response, goals, and provider recommendations, your dosage may be adjusted over time.

If a higher dose is recommended, this may result in an increase in monthly cost.

Patients will receive a follow-up email after their medical visit if the provider suggests a different dosage. This email will include clear next steps, updated pricing (if applicable), and an opportunity to ask questions before proceeding.
