How It Works

During your telehealth visit, you can connect with a healthcare provider through a phone call or video messaging. You will discuss your medical concerns, symptoms, and health history. Your provider will provide an assessment and offer treatment recommendations, and even prescribe medication if necessary, all from the convenience of your location.

Registration Process

Fill out your medical history and any relevant health information. This will help healthcare providers better understand your needs during telehealth consultations. After completing your profile, you’ll be ready to schedule appointments and access our services. Once you pay please check your email for an invite to sign up for our patient portal.

Diagnostic Process

During this virtual consultation, you will discuss your medical history, symptoms, and any relevant information. Be prepared to describe your condition, share any recent developments, and answer questions about your health. Please upload any documents related to previous labs or for Hormone consults.

Treatment Process

Based on the information gathered during the  consultation your healthcare provider will make an assessment, discuss the findings with you, and propose a treatment plan. Follow-up telehealth appointments may be scheduled to monitor progress and make adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.

FAQs

Definitely! Many families complement their insurance with Altura Health (which we advise). Even with solid insurance coverage, Altura Health can reduce copays and costs, saving families hundreds.

Telehealth may be included in many insurance plans now, but Altura Health provides a more convenient and cost-effective alternative. Insurance-based telehealth visits often involve high copays and may not cover all conditions, meaning additional visits elsewhere. With Altura Health, you skip those fees and gain access to personalized, expert-led care, available 24/7. Families appreciate the peace of mind and savings that come with choosing Altura Health over standard insurance telemedicine options.
