1. Create Your Account

   • On the next page, create a login. If you already have an account, simply log in.

2. Book Your Lab Work

   • You’ll be prompted to schedule bloodwork, which is required for hormone replacement therapy.

   • The system will email you a prescription for your labs.

   • Take this prescription to any LabCorp location. Blood draws are free of charge. Walk-ins are accepted, but we recommend booking an appointment under “Routine Labwork” here: LabCorp Locations.

3. Get Your Results

   • Lab results are usually ready within 3–5 business days.

   • You’ll be notified and asked to log back into the platform to book your telemedicine consultation.

4. Telemedicine Consultation

   • Meet with one of our licensed physicians via telehealth.

   • Your provider will review your results and, if appropriate, prescribe your medication during the visit.

5. Medication Delivery

   • Your prescription will be processed immediately after your consult.

   • Expect delivery within 2–5 business days. The pharmacy will send you tracking information once your order ships.

6. Refills & Auto-Renew

   • If you select auto-renew at checkout, your refill will automatically be processed after your next payment and once you’ve completed your follow-up questionnaire or consultation.

   To ensure safe and effective treatment, the TRT program includes both lab testing and provider consultations:

   1. Lab Work – Required every 3 months

   2. Consultation & Lab Review – Provider review and follow-up consult

   3. TRT Package – Medication package priced at $364 and designed to last up to 3 months.

   What’s Included in the TRT Package:

   • Testosterone 200mg/ml injection (up to 10ml)

   • Anastrazole 1mg tablets (#15)

   • Gonadorelin – testicular stimulant, if recommended by your provider

   • Clomiphene – if recommended by your provider

   This package combines expert care, ongoing monitoring, and proven medications to help restore healthy testosterone levels and improve overall well-being.

Currently, we don't accept insurance to pay for Altura Health memberships, one-time Urgent Care virtual visits, but we keep our prices low to keep medical care accessible to everyone. In many cases, our prices are lower than your insurance copay would have been!

If your clinician prescribes you medication to pick up at your local pharmacy or orders bloodwork to a lab of your choice, you can use your insurance at those locations
